Best Civil Engineering Review Center in the Making
In 1997, Engineer Perfecto B. Padilla Jr. saw the need for a review center to give Civil Engineering graduates an honest assessment. They saw that the Academe and Industry make graduates better and more capable. A review center that works to bring out their best, and there is no room for cheating. That gave birth to the PRC Review Center (formerly branded as Padilla Review Center), now one of the most successful review centers in the Philippines.
Engr. Padilla teaches most of the subjects. He teaches in a way that is easy to understand without using books. His methods are unconventional and non-bookish. They promote honest reviews, which is with their goal of making engineers of character and dignity.
To this date, Engineer Perfecto B. Padilla Jr. has taught more than 20,000 licensed engineers with more than 30 years of experience. Engr. Padilla has already trained and produced 700 Topnotchers and more than 50 first place (18 of them are in civil engineering) in the Philippines. Most of our Topnotchers are regular graduates.
